Currently we offer free standard shipping on all purchases Canada and US Wide (delivery 3-9 Business days).

Please expect standard processing times of 1-2 business days.

Since we are based in Canada we primarily use Canada Post &
UPS. Items are easily tracked through the tracking # provided in the confirmation email. Shipping times are an estimated time only please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse.

At STONY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as easy as possible!

To be eligible for return or exchanges, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, in original conditions and with all tags attached. To start a return or exchange, please email hello@stony.ca with order # and reason for the return or exchange. Items will have 30 days from purchase to be returned or exchanged. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your credit card statement.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MC and American Express), as well as PayPal. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

For our Men's Polos - all of our polos, aside from the Acadian Polo, are a modern athletic fit. The live model featured on our site is 6 feet tall, weighs 180 lbs and wears a medium. The Acadian polos are a slimmer fit, please refer to the product description when choosing a size.

For our Women's Polo's - all of our polos are a slimmer fit, if you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.
